Delivery

What it costs

• Orders of KES 5,000 or more — free delivery.
• Below that — a flat KES 350, whatever the order contains.

The charge is shown on the cart and again at checkout before you pay. You will never be charged a delivery fee you have not already seen.

How long it takes

• Nairobi — next day on orders confirmed before 3pm, same day where we can.
• Elsewhere in Kenya — two to four working days, depending on the courier route.
• Outside Kenya — we ship worldwide. Timings and duties depend on the destination; ask us before ordering and we will quote you.

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. We start counting from when payment clears, not when the order is placed — an unpaid order is not yet in the queue.

Tracking your order

Every order gets a reference like MRE-8F3K2P. Sign in and open your orders to see its current status, what was in it, and where it is going. When a member of staff hands it over, their name is recorded on the order.

If something goes wrong

Contact us with the order number. Late, damaged and missing deliveries are all handled the same way — we would rather hear about it early than have you wait. See returns for what happens next, and contact for the quickest way to reach a person.
