Hours

Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next working morning — Sundays and public holidays included in that.

What to have ready

You will get a useful answer far faster with these to hand:

• Your order number, if it is about an order — the MRE-… reference from your orders.
• The exact model, if it is about a product. Link the page rather than describing it; two laptops can differ only in RAM.
• A photo, if something arrived damaged or is not what you expected.

Before you message

These pages answer most of what we get asked: delivery for cost and timing, returns for changing your mind, and warranty for anything faulty.
